There are two options for the System at your yard.

• an internet based system running on our secure web server
• a desktop based version installed on your own pcs

Once the system is setup at your yard we recommend that you spend some time getting to know and experiementing with it before going live.

If you are looking for a list of things to do then we would say the following will help:

1. Setup the access passwords for the system
2. Enter your staff and horses
3. Enter your yard information and the names of your schools
4. Add a list of your lesson types
5. Finally start adding your clients info

Once this is in place you can start adding some test lessons and get the hang of things.

There is a pretty good HELP feature in the system to guide new users with videos and written instructions, but most helpful of all is our telephone helpline. We are oncall 24/7 to make sure you get going as and when you need to.

Once you are happy that your staff are adequately trained, you are confident and things feel good to go then we recommend you start putting in your lesson plans. If you enter plans for the next two weeks and then run the paper diary alongisde the computer system you will find the transition is seemless when you finally shut the diary for the last time.
