Parcel delivery within 2-4 working days throughout the most of UK’s mainland. Day Definite collections are not guaranteed but currently enjoy a 96% success rate. Collections are between 9am – 5.30pm.

Deliveries
- All items will be despatched upon receipt of order subject to stock being immediately available.
- Any unavailable will be palced on back order.
- Deliveries can only be made to the registering clients address for security purposes and will not be delivered to alternative locations for any reason.
Refunds, Returns and Product Swaps
To be considered for a refund, return or product swap you must make sure any products
- have been purchased less than 28 days ago
- are unsoiled
- undamaged
- unused
- and have not been personalised or customised in any way
- goods delivered to countries outside of the UK can be returned within the same period as UK delivered parcels
Damaged Goods
- In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the quality of a purchased product, we recommend that you cease use immediately and return the item for our inspection.
- Please note that used, damaged and soiled items will be subject to inspection before a refund will be authorised.
- Any customer in receipt of goods found to be damaged upon receipt must contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item and obtain an RMA number.
Product Swaps
- Any product swap must be confirmed whilst obtaining an RMA number for the original item.
- Any item not re-ordered at the time of obtaining an RMA number will be subject to a full redelivery charge for the new item.
- Any item re-ordered at the time of obtaining an RMA number will carry a re-delivery charge of 50% of the original delivery charge
- Goods delivered to countries outside the UK will be subject to a full re-delivery charge.
RMA
- To obtain an RMA number call 0208 669 0127
- Quote your Customer Number, Invoice Number and the Product Number on the Product.
- Please make a note of the RMA number on the returns form and return it with your goods.
Your RMA number will assure you of a refund upon receipt of the returned goods.
Returning Goods To Us
- Re-package the goods, preferably in the packaging materials originally used, enclose the returns form and affix the label provided to the outside of the parcel.
- Return the goods to the post office and please ensure that you obtain a receipt for your postage and a certificate of posting and consider insuring your parcel against loss or damage.
