Horses & Ponies is a social application that is focussed specifically at the equestrian industry.   Horses & Ponies and its associated services are operated by Horses & Ponies.   By accessing the website and associated systems at www.horses-ponies.co.uk, you signify to have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, whether or not you are a registered member of Horses & Ponies.   We reserve the right to change, modify, add or delete portions of the Terms of Use at any time without further notice.

Eligibility
